How long will it take to receive my porch swing?
Most of our handcrafted swings are built to order and typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Once shipped, transit time via standard freight or ground delivery usually takes an additional 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Does my swing come with hanging hardware and chains?
Yes, the majority of our swings include standard hanging chains and basic hardware. However, specific mounting brackets for your porch ceiling or heavy-duty comfort springs may need to be purchased separately depending on your structural setup.
What is the weight capacity of your outdoor swings?
Our standard 4-foot and 5-foot swings are generally rated for a weight capacity of 500 lbs. Our heavy-duty models and porch beds can often support up to 800 lbs or more when properly installed into structural joists.
Do you offer weather-resistant finishes?
Absolutely. We offer a variety of pressure-treated woods, cedar, and poly-lumber options. Our stained and painted finishes are high-grade outdoor formulas designed to resist UV rays, moisture, and peeling.
What is your return policy for furniture items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most standard items in original packaging. Please note that custom-made orders or personalized swings are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage.
Is assembly required upon delivery?
To ensure safe shipping, most swings arrive partially assembled. You will typically need to attach the back and armrests to the seat. Detailed instructions and necessary bolts are included in every shipment.
