Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address for your specific brand.

Prepare the Item

Carefully disassemble your furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included.

Ship the Package

Affix your shipping label and RMA number clearly to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for high-value items.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in new, resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and outbound shipping costs.
